Established for over 10 years, the Shinrai Karate-Do clubs in Northfields (Ealing), Richmond and Surrey teach over 100 children per week both in schools and in the community. 

 

Sensei Christina Cattermole holds the rank of 3rd Dan black belt and has over 25 years of experience training in Karate as well as experience in other Martial Arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Aikido and Kickboxing. She established Harefield Karate Club in 2008 after inheriting the club from a senior instructor; she then went on to establish Ickenham Karate Club in 2011 and Fielding (Northfields) Karate Club in 2012. 

 

New students are enrolled into classes at the beginning of each term and dependent on their maturity, may be able to start their training from as young as 4 years old. There are specific classes for beginners dependent on their age and experience. Please refer to the timetable on the 'Classes' page for more information.
